Empowering Lives Through Faith, Hope & LoveServing Southeastern Pennsylvania

Our programs

One mission.
Four housing pathways.

Each program begins with the same commitment: a safe home, respect for the individual, and a thoughtful plan for what comes next.

01 Recover

Medical Respite

A stable place to recover after hospitalization or a medical event.

Short-term residential housing helps people who need a safe setting while reconnecting with appropriate healthcare and community resources. A referral review considers the person’s discharge timing, housing situation, and support needs.

02 Rebuild

Transitional Housing

Structure and stability through a period of change.

For individuals transitioning from homelessness, housing instability, foster care, or other circumstances, the focus is a supportive living environment and progress toward a more stable next chapter.

03 Connect

Supportive Residential Housing

A safe, structured home with community and supportive resources.

This pathway brings stable housing together with clear expectations, respectful relationships, and connections to services that may help residents move toward greater independence.

04 Grow

Independent Living

A home base for people ready to live independently.

Stable housing, community connections, and access to supportive resources can help residents maintain their independence and pursue their goals in a welcoming environment.
